You may need to manually change a student's grades for a graded activity.

Before You Begin

  • Login to your EasyCampus using your admin credentials.
  • Open the course which contains the activity you want to regrade.


  • Make sure you have a Teacher role in the course. If you don't know how to do this, see the step guide titled Assign a Teacher to a Course.

Note: For the purpose of changing grades, you MUST access the gradebook as a teacher, not as a campus admin. You can temporarily assign yourself this role and then remove yourself from it if you don't wish to be listed as the teacher.

  • Find the Administration block in the course.

Generally, the Administration Block appears in the left-column or can be found by clicking Administer My Course in a facilitated template. If you cannot find this block, you can temporarily add it to any page by selecting it from the Add Block dropdown. Make sure you’re in Editing mode to see this dropdown.

  • Click the Grades option. In a few moments, the Gradebook will display.
  • Click the Edit This Page button toward the upper-right corner to turn editing on.
  • For each grade you want to change, enter the new grade directly into the box.
  • When you're finished, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
