If you have a large number of users, it can be very useful to know how to find a specific person's account.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you’re logged in to your EasyCampus using your admin account.
  • Locate the Site Administration menu on the left side of the landing page.
  • Determine the last name of the user whose record you want to find.

  • On the Site Administration menu, click Users. Click Accounts and then click Browse list of users.

  • When the screen changes, you'll see a list of all the users who are currently enrolled in your campus. Locate the New Filter area above the list. You can use this area to "filter" the list in order to find a specific user.

  • In the empty box on the right, type the last name you identified earlier and then click the Add Filter button. The list will change and you'll see only the users whose last name matches the name you entered.

  • When you're ready to return to the normal viewing, click the Remove All Filters button.

Tip: Experiment with the contains dropdown in the New Filter area to help you pinpoint your search. If you need even more precision, click the Show Advanced button to further refine your filter.
